Transcribe the daily financial correspondence of known end users into braille and large print.

| Project scope |
Pia receives print versions of statements and correspondence for transcribing into braille and large print. Each item is logged in a database before being scanned to create an electronic file. Each file is then edited and transcribed into braille. All documents are distributed directly to the end users within three business days with the majority being distributed on the day of arrival. Under this project, Pia also carries out “one-off” projects involving large mailings of end-of-year financial documents, whilst continuing to fulfil its duties to distribute the daily correspondence.
